This is my potential object of research for my Egyptian art class. Taweret is the Egyptian goddess of pregnancy and childbirth. Part human, hippo, lion and crocodile. Thus far, I know no more than that. But I'm definitely intrigued by this goddess.Also, some new developments since I last posted (over a month ago). In the next couple of days I plan to give a full update on personal life and will be putting up the new art that I'm into.
Human, hippo, lion, and crocodile...so basically, an ancient manifestation of Grace?

Also, Taweret is a fucking badass name. My first pet is going to be named after her.
